Uzabase, Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Sealed Network Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based expert network with Asia Pacific coverage and deep expertise in Southeast Asia. The transaction is expected to close in February 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory procedures.

The acquisition significantly strengthens Uzabase’s global expert network business by expanding access to on-the-ground, local expertise across Southeast Asia, one of the world’s fastest-growing and most complex regions. By integrating Sealed Network’s capabilities, Uzabase will enable clients to access deeper, more timely insights to support strategic decision-making.

Expanding Access to Asia Expertise

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Singapore, Sealed Network operates expert network services across Southeast Asia, with local teams in Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines. The company supports both English and local languages, and has built a broad network of senior industry leaders and domain experts across Southeast Asia.

Sealed Network primarily serves consulting firms, financial institutions, family offices, and large enterprises seeking highly specialized expertise.

By bringing Sealed Network into Uzabase, the company further deepens its ability to deliver high-quality insights across Asia Pacific, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia.

Strengthening Uzabase’s Global Expert Network Strategy

This transaction represents Uzabase’s third expansion in the expert network space. In 2020, Uzabase made Mimir, Inc., a Japan-focused expert network, a wholly owned subsidiary. In 2024, Uzabase acquired expert network assets from Enquire AI, expanding its network in North America.

Together, these investments reflect Uzabase’s long-term strategy to build a globally integrated expert network that combines regional depth with global reach.

The acquisition also enhances Uzabase’s Speeda platform, including expert-driven services such as FLASH Opinion, which enables users to receive rapid, text-based insights from multiple industry experts within 24 hours.
